Purchase & Ordering

How long must I wait if I indent order furniture?

Depending on the production season, raw materials supply, and the availability of stocks it typically takes three to four weeks for the furniture to be produced / delivered, from the date of confirmation of delivery arrangement. Deep Living reserves the rights to amend the production / delivery schedule.

Do I need to pay in full or can I make a deposit?

For all sale items, 100% payment needs to be made. Otherwise a 50% down payment upon confirmation and 50% balance payment prior to delivery can be arranged.

Can Deep Living customise furniture?

Some designs are available in a wide variety of materials, finishes, dimensions and colours which one can choose from to create a unique piece.  Please speak with our sales consultants to find out more.

Is cancellation of orders allowed after one month?

Yes it is allowed but there will be a 10% penalty imposed. No cash refund will be given. The rest of the amount paid will be given in store credit.

What are the payment mode options?

Cash, VISA, MasterCard, telegraphic transfer and cheque. For overseas client, telegraphic transfer.

Will there be site visit if I wish to purchase sofa and other home furniture?

We do not practice site visiting unless a confirmation order with a minimum 50% deposit is received. Please speak to our sales consultants for arrangement for special projects, case to case basis.

Miscellaneous Charges

Are there delivery charges?

In Kuala Lumpur, delivery to one destination within the Klang Valley area is free with minimum nett purchase of RM2,000. For a nett purchase of less than RM2,000 or for any delivery out of the Klang Valley area or if more than one delivery is required, an additional  transport fee of an amount to be advised by us separately for each delivery will be charged.

Are there assembly and installation charges?

Assembling of furniture is free with minimum nett purchase of RM2,000. 

If I require items to be removed or moved from one floor to another at my residence, are there charges?

Yes, charges will be advised.

After-sales

How do I maintain my furniture?

A maintenance guide will be made available upon order confirmation. Alternatively visit section on Deep Living Care.

How long is the warranty?

Warranty is dependent on brands and type of furniture. Generally Deep Living Sofas (in-house manufactured) general structure and framework are warranted for five years; For the mechanism and legs there is a minimum two year warranty whilst for fabrics and leathers none as these are subject to wear and tear use; Accessories none due to the fragile nature.

Do you provide after sales product service if my items are not bought at Deep Living Showrooms?

No we do not provide that.
